Live Laugh Loaves MKE Partners with Milwaukee Police Department District 6 to Support
District 2 Officers Traveling to Washington, D.C. to Honor Fallen Officer
Milwaukee, WI — February 27, 2026 — Live Laugh Loaves MKE announced today that it is
partnering with Milwaukee Police Department District 6 to raise funds to send Milwaukee Police
Department District 2 officers to Washington, D.C. for National Police Week, where they will honor
a fallen Milwaukee officer.
To support this effort, Live Laugh Loaves MKE will participate in the District 6 Chili Cookoff
Fundraiser. All proceeds from the event—and all community donations collected by Live Laugh
Loaves MKE—will go directly toward helping District 2 officers attend the memorial events in
Washington, D.C.

   Live Laugh Loaves MKE will collect donations during its weekly distribution:

   2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
   100% of all funds raised will be donated to Milwaukee Police Department District 2 for travel
   expenses related to National Police Week.
